Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to provide superior customer service and support sales initiatives in our store. Your role will involve engaging customers, selling products in furniture, technology, and supplies, and ensuring store operational standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Promote and drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies departments.
• Collaborate with store management to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Maintain operational excellence and uphold store branding guidelines.
• Assist with merchandising, including following planograms and stocking shelves.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies.
• Utilize all aspects of the selling model to provide tailored product and service recommendations anticipating customer needs.
• Process transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping and marketing tools aimed at customer conversion.
• Remain composed during complex customer interactions, resolving issues or escalating to management as needed.
• Keep the store clean and safe by dusting, front-facing products, and maintaining demo units in working order.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Preferred experience ranges from 3 months to 1 year in retail.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
