Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and courteously, assist in product promotions, guide merchandise selection, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
• Ensure a hazard-free, clean workplace by following company safety policies, completing safety checklists, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Handle the stocking and processing of various fashion merchandise.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting sales floor environment for customers.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items effectively.
• Use and replace appropriate fixtures and supplies as needed.
• Apply correct signage following modular display guidelines.
• Replenish and merchandise seasonal products promptly.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
