Position Overview
Join Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate to enhance your retail industry skills. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while handling fashion merchandise, maintaining merchandising standards including signage and fixtures, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Working collaboratively with the team, you will assist with daily operational tasks and the execution of seasonal displays.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every customer courteously and provide assistance with product promotion, merchandise location, purchase decisions, and resolving issues or directing concerns appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
- Manage processing and restocking of all fashion merchandise.
- Keep the sales floor orderly and attractive for customers.
- Merchandise non-modular fashion products effectively.
- Ensure correct fixtures and supplies are utilized and replaced when necessary.
- Apply proper signage as specified by the modular setup.
- Timely replenish and merchandise seasonal products.
Compensation
The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.15.
