Fashion Associate

Position Overview

Serving as a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada offers an opportunity to build retail industry skills. The role focuses on being a customer service advocate who manages fashion merchandise processing, restocking, and maintaining presentation standards, including modular setups and signage, all within a safe, orderly environment. The Associate works closely with the team to organize and complete daily tasks along with seasonal merchandising implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by warmly greeting shoppers, aiding in product promotion, helping find merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, addressing customer concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety inspections, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Handle the receiving and restocking of all fashion-related products.
• Keep the sales floor organized and clean to enhance customer experience.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion stock appropriately.
• Ensure that correct fixtures and supplies are utilized and replaced when needed.
• Apply signage accurately according to modular setup requirements.
• Timely replenish and merchandise seasonal products as planned.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.75 per hour.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
