Position Overview

Joining Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in the retail sector. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, handling processing and stocking of fashion items, and maintaining high merchandising standards, including accurate modular displays and signage, all while ensuring a safe and organized workplace environment.

Key Duties

• Warmly welcome customers and provide helpful assistance in promoting products, locating merchandise, guiding purchasing decisions, resolving inquiries, and directing unresolved concerns appropriately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by strictly following company policies and protocols, including completing safety log checks and securing all displays and fixtures.
• Efficiently process incoming fashion merchandise and replenish stock on sales floors.
• Keep retail areas tidy and attractive for customers.
• Display non-modular fashion products appropriately using correct fixtures and signage according to merchandising standards.
• Replace fixtures and supplies as needed to uphold presentation quality.
• Timely update and merchandise seasonal collections to drive sales and customer engagement.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.90 CAD.
