Role Overview

Join Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate and enhance your retail and customer service expertise. This role involves managing fashion merchandise through processing, stocking, and ensuring the store maintains high standards in display and cleanliness, all within a safe work environment. Collaborate with your team to plan daily activities and implement seasonal merchandising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by courteously greeting all customers, promoting products and services, aiding merchandise location and purchase decisions, addressing customer concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, hazardous-free workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures, including conducting safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures.
• Handle processing and restocking of all fashion merchandise efficiently.
• Keep the sales floor tidy and organized to enhance customer shopping experience.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items appropriately, ensuring correct fixtures and supplies are used and replenished as needed.
• Apply proper signage according to merchandising guidelines and ensure seasonal merchandise is replenished promptly.

Compensation

The starting hourly remuneration for this position is $16.15.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
