Job Overview

We are seeking diligent, dependable, and committed individuals to join our factory workforce at our Agbara, Ogun State location. This role involves supporting the daily production activities and ensuring smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing daily factory and production tasks efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to established production processes and instructions.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work environment throughout shifts.
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting to meet production goals.
• Comply with all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
• Perform tasks as delegated by supervisors and management.
• Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, and a proactive attitude towards learning.
• Work assigned shifts, including overtime when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in factory, production, manufacturing, food processing, or agricultural processing is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Skills in tailoring and mechanical work are considered valuable additional assets.
• Ability to follow directions precisely and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong teamwork abilities and responsible work discipline.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in shift patterns.

Work Schedule & Benefits

Additional Information
