Job Responsibilities

• Engage actively in all facility management operations across multiple dark store locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on all supervised equipment and assets.
• Ensure continuous and uninterrupted facility operations.
• Conduct regular visual inspections and timely reporting on asset condition.
• Adopt maintenance practices aimed at minimizing usage of spare parts.
• Prepare and organize all necessary tools, spare parts, and consumables for maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Bring over two years of experience in warehouse maintenance functions.
• Have strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols.
• Skilled in rack and shelf installation as well as repair.
• Demonstrate multi-disciplinary manual skills, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil expertise.
• Proficient in operating power tools such as drills and hand grinders.
• Adept with general hand tools.
• Familiarity with common spare parts and maintenance consumables.
• Experience in construction site environments is advantageous.
