Role Overview

We seek a diligent CCTV Operator responsible for overseeing surveillance systems, detecting and reporting security incidents, and ensuring safety and security of personnel, assets, and processes within Noon.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect and respond to security and safety issues promptly.
• Report suspicious behaviors, unauthorized entries, and operational anomalies as observed on camera systems.
• Maintain thorough documentation of incidents and escalate as per organizational procedures.
• Access and analyze CCTV footage to support investigations and internal inquiries.
• Ensure surveillance equipment is fully functional; report technical faults immediately.
• Collaborate with Security, Operations teams, and relevant parties during incidents and emergencies.
• Keep accurate logs and surveillance records with confidentiality.
• Adhere to company security policies and comply with applicable local laws.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Control Room Operator, or equivalent position in security is required.
• Knowledgeable in CCTV hardware, surveillance software, and access control systems.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in English communication; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for report preparation.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Certifications in CCTV operation or relevant security qualifications preferred where applicable.
