Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to become part of our energetic Facilities Team. This role involves carrying out day-to-day repairs, maintenance activities, and supporting service contractors in collaboration with departments such as Operations and Wellness & Hygiene. Your main focus will be to maintain facility safety, functionality, and upkeep at Scape Franklin in Melbourne CBD, working on a permanent full-time basis.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ experience in building maintenance, handyman tasks, or facilities management roles.
• Personable and approachable with a genuine interest in engaging with team members across the organisation.
• Strong multitasking abilities, comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Good communication skills combined with effective problem-solving aptitude.
• Possession of a full, unrestricted, and clean driving licence.
