Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Overview

We seek a seasoned Facilities and Maintenance Manager to direct maintenance and facility operations nationwide for Ninja outlets and allied locations. This pivotal role involves supervising regional maintenance teams, guaranteeing seamless operations, and upholding elevated standards of safety, service excellence, and maintenance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Area Maintenance Managers and manage round-the-clock reactive and preventive maintenance activities.
• Accountable for national service level agreements (SLAs), preventive upkeep, backlog clearance, safety compliance, vendor interactions, and annual maintenance contract (AMC) oversight.
• Oversee facility-related services encompassing cleaning, water provisioning, pest management, coffee machines, waste disposal, and other ancillary services.
• Implement and refine workflows in computerized maintenance management systems (CAFM/FSM) relating to service tickets, planned preventive maintenance, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and SLA analytics.
• Ensure smooth transitions during store handovers, completion of snag lists, accurate asset documentation, and processing of supplier warranty claims.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Cost Control teams to prioritize operations and control maintenance expenditures.
• Address and resolve significant maintenance challenges and operational escalations promptly.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Between 5 to 8 years of pertinent experience in facilities and maintenance management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-site maintenance within Saudi Arabia.
• Proficient in managing and implementing CAFM platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and electrical infrastructures.
• Extensive experience in vendor relations and AMC handling.
• Excellent leadership capabilities paired with strong problem-solving and communication proficiency.
• Skilled in juggling multiple site responsibilities and addressing operational escalations efficiently.
