Security and Loss Prevention Executive

About the Role

We seek a Security and Loss Prevention Executive responsible for supporting daily security efforts at retail outlets and distribution centers. This position emphasizes loss prevention, compliance adherence, and fostering a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of stores and distribution centers using patrols and CCTV monitoring.
• Identify and prevent incidents of theft, rule breaches, and hazards to safety.
• Ensure proper operational status of all security equipment, including cameras and alarm systems.
• React promptly to security or safety related events such as thefts, accidents, and violations.
• Document daily activities and incidents accurately through logs and reports.
• Safeguard crucial evidence and assist in investigative procedures.
• Perform routine compliance audits and security inspections.
• Keep detailed records of audits and all security-related tasks.
• Assist with inventory checks and highlight potential shrinkage threats.
• Advise on necessary corrective measures to enhance security.

Candidate Requirements

• Between one to two years of experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics security roles.
• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Uphold strong ethical standards and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
• Exhibit proficiency in analysis and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Physical stamina to conduct extended standing or walking patrols as needed.
