Technical Project Manager

Overview

Code Brew Labs is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with at least 6 years of professional expertise, preferably with a background in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors in the UAE. This role involves hands-on leadership in developing a member-focused mobile application, ensuring that the product aligns with both user demands and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of a new mobile app targeted at members.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external development partners, and third-party vendors.
• Convert complex business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Monitor project schedules including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely progress.
• Guarantee the delivery quality and that the final product meets business and member expectations.
• Detect potential technical risks early, troubleshoot challenges, and facilitate solutions to maintain smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated success as a Technical Project Manager in relevant domains.
• Experience within the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry, particularly in the UAE market.
• Deep understanding of mobile application development lifecycle and software delivery processes.
• Confidence in questioning technical strategies and managing outsourced development teams.
• Strong communication abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and capability to manage various stakeholders effectively.
