Operating through face-to-face interactions in retail outlets, door-to-door visits, and busy urban locations, the company combines enthusiasm with purpose.
Role Overview
As a Fundraiser, you will engage directly with the public to promote and secure ongoing monthly contributions that support vulnerable communities worldwide. This position offers opportunities to work in dynamic environments, whether outdoors or inside retail spaces, ensuring no two days are alike.
Key Duties
- Act as an ambassador for prominent charitable organizations helping at-risk groups.
- Engage individuals in face-to-face conversations at multiple venues including retail stores, residential neighborhoods, and city hot-spots.
- Motivate and secure long-term monthly donations that facilitate sustained positive outcomes.
- Share impactful stories to inspire and inform potential donors.
Candidate Profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Enthusiastic, motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Genuine interest in humanitarian and social causes.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
Compensation and Incentives
- Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $28, adjustable based on experience level.
- Commission structure plus large bonuses for incentives, retention, and referrals.
Work Schedule
- Flexible shifts available on weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
- Options to work full-time or part-time.
