We seek a skilled and meticulous Facade Engineer to join our Riyadh-based team. This role involves devising cutting-edge facade engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project constraints. The ideal candidate will engage with complex, high-profile projects across the region and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to engineer building envelopes that balance performance, visual appeal, and ecology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop facade and structural designs, including conceptualization, detailed drawings, documentation, structural analysis, specifications, and support during construction phases.
• Oversee project planning and resource coordination to guarantee efficient delivery and high-quality results.
• Prepare detailed tender documents, design specifications, and ensure deliverables comply with client needs and local construction regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal design teams, architects, and external parties to integrate facade engineering seamlessly into projects.
• Build and sustain professional client relationships through transparent and proactive engagement.
• Assess and optimize facade components such as curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and specialized systems to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to team innovation and problem-solving to advance facade engineering methodologies and outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 7 years of professional experience in facade engineering or related roles, preferably in consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in facade systems including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and specialized facades.
• Proficiency with design tools such as REVIT, BIM, SpaceGass, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of project management practices encompassing budgeting, scheduling, and meeting client specifications.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Analytical thinking with a strong focus on detail and quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex or high-rise facade projects in demanding environments.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian and GCC building codes and standards.
• Background working within multicultural teams and collaborative settings.
• Understanding of sustainable facade engineering and energy-efficient envelope design.
• Innovative approach to solving facade engineering challenges.
• Professional engineering license or related certification in structural or facade engineering.
