Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Manager to join our fast-expanding business segment. This individual will be instrumental in driving growth by forging and strengthening client relationships, overseeing skilled project teams, and delivering outstanding client service through prominent engagements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead assurance engagements by establishing audit strategies in collaboration with senior managers or partners, ensuring adherence to EY's policies and procedures.
• Perform complex audit activities personally and lead teams or subteams depending on project size.
• Manage project profitability by directing efficient team performance.
• Track assurance team progress against plans and adjust as necessary.
• Identify and develop business opportunities by understanding EY's service lines and offering relevant expertise.
• Mentor and develop team members by sharing knowledge and providing opportunities to build technical skills.
• Encourage team autonomy and responsibility for their audit contributions.
• Conduct timely performance assessments and provide feedback and on-the-job training.
• Foster cooperative relationships with other assurance teams.
• Build and maintain long-term productive client relationships and networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Singapore qualification obtained.
• Minimum of six years of relevant professional experience.
