Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Exterminator to work on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area. The primary duties involve inspecting clients' indoor and outdoor areas to detect pest infestation, identify sources and potential entry pathways. Daily tasks include applying pest control treatments appropriately, deploying and checking traps, and using integrated pest management strategies following safety and regulatory standards. The role also requires reporting service activities, educating clients on treatment plans and prevention, and maintaining equipment and vehicles effectively. Collaboration with team members and supervisors is essential for scheduling appointments, tracking ongoing cases, and ensuring service consistency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficiency in pest control techniques and integrated pest management, capable of choosing and administering appropriate treatment strategies.
• Familiarity with environmental factors influencing pests (PEST) and lawn care practices to support overall property upkeep and prevention efforts.
• Strong communication abilities for client interaction, procedural explanations, accurate documentation, and teamwork.
• Practical experience in field service roles, preferably related to pest control, facility upkeep, or environmental services.
• Capability to perform on-site work in diverse environments, including confined and outdoor spaces, adhering to safety protocols and proper use of protective equipment.
• Basic knowledge of local health and safety laws concerning chemical usage and pest management, with certifications being advantageous.
• Focused on detail, able to solve problems, and manage time effectively to juggle multiple service requests.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and readiness to travel across client sites within the Greater Jaipur region as needed.
