Role Overview
As an Express Store Manager, you will be pivotal in delivering an outstanding customer experience in a vibrant retail setting. Your leadership will inspire and develop a motivated, high-performing team in a fast-moving store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team with strong operational skills and confident leadership to achieve store goals.

- Drive sales growth and maximize profitability through commercial insight and effective decision-making.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in retail or customer-facing roles with proven success in managing teams to deliver results.
- Strong collaborative mindset, leveraging leadership experience to maintain consistent performance across teams.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service to build lasting relationships and place customers at the center of decision-making.
- Energetic, resilient, and confident in making swift, informed decisions within a dynamic environment.
