About the Role

This position involves thorough examination and analysis of claim form 1500 to ensure accurate billing and claim processing. The role demands proficiency with coding validation tools such as CCI and McKesson and adept use of payer websites to check claim status, eligibility, and coverage. Applicants should be knowledgeable in medical specialties like cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgery. Precise application of CPT ranges and modifiers is necessary to optimize coding accuracy.

The role also requires working with Clearing House platforms such as Waystar and other e-commerce systems to facilitate claim submission. Voice communication with medical staff and payers is essential to resolve discrepancies and expedite claims processing.

Candidate Profile

• Experience between 18 months to 4 years in physician revenue cycle management and AR calling
• Understanding of claim form 1500 and related healthcare billing documents
• Competence using medical coding tools (e.g., CCI, McKesson)
• Familiarity with payer websites and their workflows
• Expertise regarding various medical fields including cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and surgery
• Knowledge of Clearing House systems like Waystar and e-commerce platforms
• Strong communication abilities
• Graduated from a recognized university
• Availability for night shifts
• Immediate joining with mandatory relieving letter

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Work location: Uppal, Hyderabad
• Night shift allowance of 100 INR per working day
• Fixed weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays
• Two-way cab transportation within a 25 km radius
• Self-transport bonus up to 3500 INR
