Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive or Senior Executive in Human Resources to handle comprehensive HR functions. This role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, learning initiatives, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, compensation processes, compliance, and system enhancements to maintain efficient HR functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers for workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Manage pre-employment procedures including background checks and documentation.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct employee surveys and assist in planning corresponding actions to enhance morale and inclusivity.
  • Coordinate training sessions, monitor participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and appraisals.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits, addressing grievances and fostering good employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, handle employee lifecycle events such as confirmations and promotions, and assist with HR audits.
  • Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave management, and compensation reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies, supporting statutory audits and safeguarding confidentiality.
  • Optimize use of HR management systems, improve processes, and assist in policy and procedure documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Advanced qualifications such as MBA/PGDM in HR or diplomas in Industrial Relations/Labor Laws are advantageous.
  • 3 to 6 years of HR experience, ideally in multinational or service-based organizations.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms and employee data management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
