Warehouse Assistant - Life Science Division

Overview

PSA BDP, a division within PSA, supports cargo owners by ensuring resilient, agile, sustainable, and cost-effective supply chain solutions through an extensive digital and logistics network. We are looking for a dependable and diligent Warehouse Assistant to contribute to our Life Science and Healthcare warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming stock materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized inventory storage and regularly update stock locations.
• Perform routine stock checks, cycle counts, and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) safely when required.
• Report any damaged products or inventory inconsistencies to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader and Supervisor to meet operational and customer service goals.
• Execute daily tasks with precision to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high operational standards.
• Build strong internal relationships and promote a culture emphasizing accountability, safety, and high performance.

Qualification and Skills

• At least secondary education.
• Basic proficiency in English, mathematics, and computer usage.
• Experience in Life Science or Healthcare warehouse environments is desirable but not mandatory.
• Possession of a forklift license and experience with MHE operation is a plus but not essential.
• Physical capability to handle and move heavy items properly using equipment.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail for operational accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays as necessary.
