Executive, Talent Acquisition

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be a vital part of the Talent Acquisition team, contributing significantly to the organization's hiring strategy by attracting, sourcing, and recruiting capable candidates. This position encompasses overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, spanning candidate sourcing, interview facilitation, and final selection.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and manage job postings across multiple platforms including job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Proactively source potential candidates via recruitment databases, social media outreach, employee referrals, and other applicable channels.
• Screen applications and resumes, conduct preliminary telephone or video interviews, and create a shortlist of qualified candidates for subsequent evaluation.
• Organize and schedule interviews coordinating between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain comprehensive candidate records and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment pipeline.

Eligibility
