About Deelight Fortune Pvt. Ltd.
Deelight Fortune Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to the Principal for their Mumbai office located in Nariman Point. This is a full-time, office-based position requiring discretion, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through beyond mere diary management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the principal's calendar, including appointments and daily priorities, to avoid scheduling conflicts and prepare meeting briefs.
- Handle incoming calls and messages by screening and routing them appropriately, draft routine correspondence, and diligently pursue decisions and documents as needed.
- Organize travel arrangements, meetings, reservations, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential files, contact lists, records, and action items with utmost privacy.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, brokers, lawyers, bankers, consultants, vendors, family-office contacts, and internal staff.
- Follow up on commitments made during meetings and calls, ensuring tasks are completed without requiring repeated reminders.
- Manage selected personal errands with professionalism, keeping separate records and expenses.
- Prepare concise briefs, meeting minutes, and follow-ups, proactively highlighting exceptions early.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree with 4 to 8 years of experience supporting senior leadership such as promoters, proprietors, directors, or senior executives.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail, and calendar management tools.
- Experience with online electronic filings and practical usage of AI tools to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings is considered an additional asset, as some work relates to building refurbishment.
- Demonstrate discretion, composure, accurate note-taking, and confident communication, particularly when engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable holding a trusted, office-based role that demands confidentiality and responsibility.
Salary and Selection Process
Offered salary ranges from INR 42,000 to INR 67,000 per month, equivalent to an annual CTC of approximately INR 5.0 to 8.0 lakh, depending on candidate experience and role scope.
The selection procedure includes a brief phone screening, a practical test, and a final interview. Reference checks will be conducted, including a review with the most recent reporting manager.
