Role Summary and Impact
This role is part of WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC), collaborating with teams in the US, Europe, and Asia. The Executive - People Planning position focuses on establishing a structured, consistent approach to talent allocation globally, specifically managing resources within the Offshore team in India to support agencies in EMEA and APAC. The position involves balancing business demands, client needs, and individual career development while reporting to the Offshore People Planning Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt updating of resource allocations in the resourcing tracker.
- Maintain timely updates regarding HR activities such as new hires, resignations, and special leave within the tracker.
- Enter new demand data into the resource management system promptly.
- Conduct basic reporting and analytical tasks.
- Compile and send weekly email communications using data sourced from Power BI and resourcing trackers.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive mindset with the capacity to perform well under tight deadlines.
- Interest or background in HR, workforce planning, or data analysis.
