Role Summary and Responsibilities
Working within the Global Operations Centre (GOC), this role involves collaborating across teams in the US, Europe, and Asia to implement impactful solutions in a multicultural environment. The Executive - People Planning will be responsible for organizing and assigning talent within the Offshore team in India to serve agencies in EMEA and APAC regions. This includes understanding market demands, client needs, individual skills, and career aspirations to align resource allocation effectively.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates on resource allocations in the tracking system.
- Record HR changes such as hires, resignations, or special leaves promptly in the resourcing tracker.
- Ensure new demand data is added to the resourcing tracker without delay.
- Perform basic data reporting and analysis functions.
- Prepare and distribute weekly email reports generated from Power BI and tracker data.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Positive mindset and capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
- Interest or background in human resources, workforce planning, or data analysis.
