• Lead and mentor the team, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, VIP preferences, and local attractions, while fostering warm and professional hospitality.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to protect the wellbeing of guests and staff.
