This new hotel will showcase The Hoxton's distinctive brand character in India’s Silicon Valley, known for its parks, gardens, and lively cafe and pub culture. The property will offer 149 rooms across various room types, a lively all-day dining restaurant and bar in the lobby, a rooftop pool and bar, expansive event spaces, and The Apartment—The Hoxton’s exclusive meeting and events concept.

The Hoxton brand is celebrated for opening open-house hotels that are deeply embedded within neighbourhoods, blending style and value while fostering inviting public spaces where guests and locals mingle.

Job Overview

We are seeking a devoted and visionary Housekeeping Executive to join our enthusiasm-filled team. This role involves ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms to uphold The Hoxton's brand standards. You will play a key role in maintaining a memorable guest experience through spotless rooms and public spaces, while providing leadership and support to the housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and service standards of all guest bedrooms, ensuring each is spotless and well-kept.
• Support overall hotel operations by guaranteeing guests enjoy a clean and memorable stay.
• Lead by example to motivate and foster an inclusive, supportive environment where the housekeeping team can excel and grow professionally.
• Directly participate in training and guide the team to meet high standards consistently.
• Supervise and quality-check cleaning operations across bedrooms and public areas.
• Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Housekeeping Manager to manage relationships and quality with external housekeeping providers.
