Position Overview
This role focuses on timely and accurate uploading of new products onto the website, ensuring all product details and images meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with brand teams to obtain updated lists of new products for website upload.
- Aggregate product details from various brands and provide weekly comprehensive lists to the studio team.
- Verify product data accuracy, categorization, and photos prior to website publication.
- Coordinate re-shoots by ensuring required items are accessible to studio teams and managed efficiently.
- Oversee smooth sample handling among brand teams, inventory, and studio, maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage and organize the studio's schedule to optimize workflows.
- Aid Buyer and Merchandising Manager by preparing business reports as needed.
