Executive Director - APAC Payment Rail Product

Overview

The Executive Director position in the APAC Payment Rail Product team is responsible for the product management function, strategy formulation, and client solution delivery within the Asia Pacific region. This role encompasses leadership over global, regional, and local client engagements related to a broad suite of payment rail and cash management products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product management and develop tailored payment rail solutions to support the comprehensive payment offerings.
• Drive product customization and solutioning for real-time payment systems, advancing JPMorgan's real-time payment growth initiatives.
• Serve as Market Requirement Owner by managing and overseeing business initiatives at both regional and global levels from a full product lifecycle perspective.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• At least 10 years of professional experience in payments or transaction banking sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
• Collaborative experience working alongside sales, technology, operations, service, risk, compliance, and legal teams, exhibiting strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker who inspires teams and implements tactical actions; adept creative problem solver capable of generating innovative and differentiated payment solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Inclusive and collaborative approach with strong capability to navigate complex stakeholder networks.
• Capability to work with global stakeholders, including occasional travel requirements.
