About the Role

We seek an Executive Assistant to deliver high-level administrative support to leadership in a hospitality company based in Denver, Colorado. This contract role requires managing multiple priorities, maintaining meticulously organized schedules, and ensuring all travel and meeting details are handled flawlessly. The ideal professional demonstrates exceptional coordination skills, sound judgment, and a strong service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts with discretion.
  • Arrange both domestic and occasionally international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics for senior leaders, securing venues, confirming participants, and ensuring readiness of necessary materials.
  • Act as the central contact for updates regarding schedules and travel, keeping executives well-informed throughout their day.
  • Prepare and circulate comprehensive travel plans and meeting agendas to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic setting while maintaining precision and professionalism in all administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience supporting executives or senior management in an administrative role is essential.
  • Expertise in managing calendars with high accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate travel arrangements and manage related logistics end-to-end.
  • Strong organizational skills to align executive meetings and schedules with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities combined with a detail-focused, client service-minded approach.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized under pressure, and quickly adjust to evolving business demands.
