Role Overview

The Executive - Ad Operations will function within the Global Operations Centre, collaborating cross-regionally with teams in the US, Europe, and Asia. This role is crucial for upholding AdOps best practices and utilizing technological tools to enhance campaign accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with established AdOps standards and continuously adapt to updated guidelines.
  • Set up, implement, and test ad tags, tracking pixels, and tracking codes across various digital platforms.
  • Work closely with creative, technical, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage trafficking requests and proactively resolve any operational issues.
  • Support the implementation of web analytics, targeting methods, verification, and performance measurement tools.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with teams in the UK and globally.
  • Leverage technology solutions to improve processes and enhance the precision of advertising campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Between one and two years of professional experience in Ad Operations or ad trafficking.
  • Solid understanding of digital media landscapes and advertising technology.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML and JavaScript is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, and aptitude for teamwork.
