Job description

Role Overview

This position offers vital coordination and administrative duties supporting the firm's training programs, in-house content publication, and client and external partner engagement activities. The candidate will thrive in an organized, resourceful, and detail-focused environment, handling multiple tasks effectively within a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of internal training sessions by liaising with stakeholders and managing scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update training documentation on the firm's intranet and learning management system.
  • Format and distribute internal articles and newsletters following corporate style standards across various digital platforms.
  • Support outreach and departmental events by preparing promotional materials, managing registrations, answering inquiries, and providing logistical and on-site assistance to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide administrative support across the department and take on additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skillset

  • Diploma or university degree in any field with a minimum of two years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior involvement in training administration, event coordination, or related roles is advantageous.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly meticulous, resourceful, responsible, and attentive to detail.
  • Adaptable, quick learner capable of utilizing technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate productively within a team framework.
  • Practical experience with social media platforms, video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and design software including Canva.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and general computer skills.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with people and providing hands-on support.
