Overview

We present a rewarding opportunity for male candidates to join as an Automobile Technician specializing in electric two-wheelers within an Indian multinational ride-sharing firm with diversified businesses including finance and cloud kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism while confirming their service requests and recording their feedback digitally.
• Effectively communicate status updates to customers both over the phone and in-person regarding repair progress.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics on scooters to determine necessary repairs, log findings into the Workshop Management System (Getafix), and perform necessary repairs followed by a final quality check.
• Monitor and respond to customer complaints via Zendesk, update operational status and estimated timelines in CRM and WMS promptly.
• Utilize telematics tools for advanced scooter health assessments and maintain knowledge of Ola’s electric scooter technical bulletins and updates.
• Ensure workshop and service bays meet operational standards including cleanliness, marked vehicle positioning, and process compliance including invoicing and payments.
• Manage inventory with accuracy by auditing stock, performing goods receipt notes (GRN), and overseeing warranty part returns to central workshops.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols by wearing uniforms, using protective gear, handling tools safely, and maintaining firefighting equipment readiness.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Male applicants only.
• Minimum educational qualifications range from completion of 12th grade, diploma, ITI certification, graduation, or postgraduation.
• At least six months of practical experience in the automobile service industry is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a monthly remuneration package of ₹19,000 to ₹23,000 inclusive of Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Corporation benefits, and incentive schemes.
