About the Role

Logitech offers a unique environment where individuals can make a global impact while working flexibly. This role is based in Cork, Ireland, requiring three days onsite per week. The EU Brand Protection Manager is entrusted with preserving the brand's integrity throughout European markets by identifying and addressing risks such as unauthorized distribution, parallel trade, non-compliant products, and exploitation of commercial programs. This position requires cross-department collaboration with legal, sales, supply chain teams, and external partners to uphold brand standards, protect revenue, reputation, and customer confidence.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor parallel trade practices across European Union markets and identify unauthorized sales channels and gray market operations.
  • Develop and execute measures to reduce revenue losses caused by parallel imports and enforce territorial sales agreements with regional teams.
  • Detect and investigate non-compliant, tampered, or counterfeit SKUs to ensure strict compliance with product specifications, labeling norms, and EU regulations.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs and quality control to evaluate and respond to confirmed product infractions, leading corrective actions such as product recalls or remediation based on compliance or intellectual property concerns.
  • Design systems to detect misuse of company programs like promotions, discounts, rebates, and distributor incentives; carry out audits and reviews of critical activities.
  • Work with finance, trade compliance, and legal departments to address identified violations and mitigate financial risks.
  • Conduct sales data analyses, monitor distribution patterns and market trends to uncover anomalies and opportunities; develop dashboards and KPIs to track brand protection and compliance.
  • Regularly report findings and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Manage and supervise relationships with third-party investigators, brand protection agencies, and legal counsel, ensuring adherence to company policy and EU laws.
  • Implement the EU distribution sales strategy aligning with overall business goals to support market growth and optimize distributor performance.
  • Enhance distributor partnerships by integrating digital tools, strengthening their sales capabilities, and fostering collaboration.
  • Evaluate distribution performance and service level agreements to identify areas for improvement and overcome operational challenges.
  • Support marketing efforts to boost distributor brand awareness, product adoption, and market presence.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to generate actionable insights, support partner training, and deploy innovative distribution technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years' experience in brand protection, regulatory compliance, anti-counterfeiting initiatives, or distribution control.
  • Comprehensive understanding of European Union trade laws, parallel trade complexities, and compliance standards.
  • Experienced in conducting investigations, audits, and enforcement procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis using Excel and business intelligence tools.
