About Logitech and the Role

The AMR Claims Analyst is a crucial member of corporate accounting and revenue management, primarily responsible for managing business-to-business financial claims. The role involves thorough review of customer contracts, validation of revenue deductions, and investigation of pricing adjustments to ensure compliance with established program policies and accrual accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Confirm marketing and pricing claims and deductions adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and facilitate resolution of revenue-related deduction disputes and post audits from customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including external clients, Regional Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain departments.
- Support account analysis, reconciliation, and reporting activities during month-end closing.
- Contribute to internal and external financial audits and reviews.
- Prepare customized analyses and participate in special projects as necessary.
- Review customer contracts and related procedures to ensure conformance with revenue deduction programs.
- Identify and advocate improvements in claims processing and support changes to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Degree recently completed in business, finance, or accounting; Bachelor of Information Systems (BIS) preferred.
- Understanding of accrual accounting principles with strong analytical skills to investigate claims and manage detailed information accurately.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Oracle financial systems is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
- Fluent English language skills.

This is a permanent full-time role reporting to Controllership, Accounts Receivable, and Claims Management. The position provides international exposure within a dynamic and energetic team.
