Job Purpose

The role focuses on ETL testing with a minimum experience of 2 years. Candidates are expected to have a strong grasp of ETL testing methodologies to support various consulting project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the consulting team throughout different stages of projects including problem identification, effort estimation, diagnostics, solution ideation, design, and deployment.
• Conduct thorough research including literature reviews, public data assessments, and vendor evaluations to explore alternative solutions and develop proof of concepts.
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed requirement specifications, outline future-state processes, and design functional documentation.
• Support solution configuration and identify issues, perform root cause analysis, clarify doubts, and recommend solution options.
• Contribute proactively to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialization such as B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E, BCA, or advanced degrees like MCA, M.Tech, MSc, or MS.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in ETL testing.
