Software Development Engineer

About the Role

HiringEye Solutions, established by a former Amazonian and based in Hyderabad, supports over 35 startups and large enterprises in building their technology teams. We are currently seeking experienced Software Development Engineers at levels SDE 2 and SDE 3 for one of our clients located in Bengaluru. This role focuses on creating, enhancing, and scaling high-performance software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-efficiency software solutions.
• Utilize Java and/or Python extensively in backend development tasks.
• Architect and refine distributed systems along with large-scale applications.
• Develop and manage data schemas and applications using MongoDB.
• Employ strong Data Structures and Algorithm expertise to address complex technical challenges.
• Engage in system architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 5 to 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in Java and/or Python programming languages.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, including scalability, fault tolerance, and reliability considerations.
• Strong command of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or comparable NoSQL databases.
• Thorough knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles and system design.
• Experience developing scalable backend services and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic products.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in performance tuning and distributed data processing.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
