Job Overview
We seek a seasoned Estimator with 3 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Wickliffe, OH. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multiple bids simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Handle multiple proposals and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Sage and On-Screen Takeoff software tools.
- Experience estimating a variety of commercial projects, with a preference for student housing, hospitals, and hotels.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and juggle several projects at once.
