  • Collaborate with the Quantity Surveying team during pre-contract negotiations and project handover processes.
  • Oversee preliminary budget management throughout the tender phases and secure agreement on final budgets with commercial and project teams prior to handover.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers during tendering and negotiation stages.
  • Stay informed on market pricing, industry developments, and regulatory updates to ensure competitive and compliant estimates according to company standards.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills complemented by sharp commercial understanding.
  • Well-organized, capable of managing multiple tenders, deadlines, and extensive documentation simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills with confidence in interacting with clients, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, systematic approach demonstrated by consistently delivering accurate and well-prepared tender submissions.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Starting base salary of €70,000, with potential for higher remuneration depending on seniority and experience.
  • Employee benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and healthcare coverage.
  • Options for a car allowance or provision of a company vehicle.
