Job Overview
We are seeking an Estimation & Billing Engineer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs), performing quantity estimates, conducting rate analysis, and cost estimations aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and project details to formulate accurate quantity estimates.
- Prepare and validate client and vendor bills including running and final bills.
- Perform quantity take-offs and conduct onsite measurements verification.
- Collaborate with site engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and accounts personnel to ensure seamless coordination.
- Monitor project costs, track material quantities, and manage billing status efficiently.
- Maintain thorough and precise documentation of all estimates, measurements, and billing records.
- Support the preparation of tenders and handle commercial documentation activities.
Position Details
This is an onsite full-time position based in Pune with a monthly salary ranging between INR 17,000 and INR 25,000.
