Estate Officer

Overview

Koforidua Technical University is seeking applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the role of Estate Officer. This position involves leading the Estate Department and collaborating closely with the Director of Works and Physical Development in line with the Technical Universities Act, 2016 (Act 922) and related statutes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all activities within the Estate Department as its head.
• Work in partnership with the Office of Works and Physical Development to ensure compliance with institutional and legal frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess at least a research Master's degree in Built Environment, Land Economy, Estate Management, or a relevant discipline accompanied by an appropriate professional accreditation.
• Have a minimum of six years' experience serving as an Estate Officer in a university or equivalent role in a comparable organization.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer use.
• Provide academic papers and publications for evaluation by two external assessors as part of the application process.
