ESL Teacher (Remote)

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled ESL Teacher to provide English instruction to non-native speakers across various age groups through remote sessions. The role requires a blend of clear instructional techniques and a patient, supportive demeanor to empower students in confidently using English.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and group English lessons via online video platforms.
• Design lesson plans tailored to learners' objectives such as conversational skills, business communication, or exam preparation.
• Offer detailed feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Monitor and document learner progress using assessments and achievement milestones.
• Maintain accurate records of session notes and lesson plans.
• Modify teaching approaches to accommodate different age ranges, proficiency levels, and cultural backgrounds.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Certification such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or an equivalent credential.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least two years of ESL teaching experience.
• Fluency in English at native or near-native level.
• Familiarity and comfort with online teaching platforms and digital instructional tools.
