Role Overview

The ERPNext Implementer will guide clients transitioning from disorganized spreadsheets and outdated systems to a fully operational ERPNext setup tailored for finance and operations teams. This involves configuring, customizing, migrating data, and ensuring user adoption of the new system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete ERPNext deployment projects from initial discovery through configuration, data migration, and final launch.
• Collaborate directly with finance and operations personnel to translate their working methods into corresponding ERP system processes.
• Handle data transfer from legacy platforms without compromising critical historical information.
• Ensure continued user adoption and support following system go-live, beyond just the transition phase.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven practical experience with ERPNext and Frappe framework implementations.
• Capability to fully configure and customize ERP modules according to business needs.
• Direct interaction with end users without intermediary business analysts.

Desirable Attributes

• Familiarity with Python programming and the Frappe framework.
• Experience migrating data from existing ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian electronic invoicing standards (ZATCA) and localization requirements.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
