ERP Finance Functional Analyst

Overview

Master Works invites applications for the role of ERP Finance Functional Analyst, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires an expert with at least five years of relevant experience to manage and improve the Department Segment Hierarchy within the General Ledger system, ensuring alignment with the updated organizational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and update the General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchy in partnership with IT to accurately mirror the organization's revised structure.
• Work closely with the HR department to integrate the new organizational hierarchy into the financial GL framework.
• Verify the precise recording of all department codes within the system.
• Liaise with the ERP support team to guide and oversee the successful rollout of the updated hierarchy in the ERP system.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in maintaining and enhancing department segment hierarchies and associated financial systems.
• Proven expertise with General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchies.
• Experience collaborating across HR and Finance to synchronize organizational and financial data structures.
• Ability to ensure accurate data capture of department codes and related information.
• Proven track record working with ERP support teams to implement and deploy system changes effectively.
• Strong comprehension of organizational and financial GL structures.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities for cross-departmental collaboration.

Additional Information

Work location is onsite at the client's premises in Riyadh. This is a full-time role requiring dedicated presence.
