About the Role
Master Works is seeking an experienced professional with 5 years in T24 ERP Accounting and System Mapping to oversee and support key accounting activities. The role involves collaboration with operations, gathering and analyzing accounting data, system analysis, and maintaining accounting entry frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate meetings and discussions with the operations team to ensure smooth communication.
- Collect accounting entries data from operations for thorough review and processing.
- Conduct detailed data extraction from the T24 system, focusing on categories, existing mapping configurations, and company codes related to transaction entries.
- Create new categories and internal accounts when necessary to support accounting processes.
- Manage the generation and review of T24 reports, including Trial Balance outputs.
- Perform detailed analysis of system outputs across multiple layers (L1, L2, L3) and reconcile these with Oracle system files.
- Develop and sustain models that govern accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Promptly update mapping logic based on feedback received from business stakeholders to align with dynamic requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in T24 ERP Accounting and System Mapping roles.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with operations through meetings and discussions.
- Strong background in collecting and analyzing accounting entry data within the T24 environment.
- Expertise in handling T24 categories, current mapping configurations, and company code relationships related to transaction entries.
- Experience in creating accounting categories and internal accounts as required.
- Skilled in generating and managing T24 reporting outputs including Trial Balance reports.
- Ability to analyze system results across different layers and perform reconciliation with Oracle files.
- Competence in developing and maintaining accounting entry models.
- Capability to implement timely updates to mapping logic in response to business feedback.
Location
This position requires working onsite at the client's location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
