Role Overview

The Equipment Operator I will be responsible for ensuring efficient handling and movement of inventory. This role involves operating machinery such as tuggers and maintaining organized, safe storage areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory consolidation and ensure straightening and safe movement from receiving through shipping processes.
• Operate tuggers and other relevant equipment to organize and clean storage racks as directed.
• Follow all operational guidelines and company policies strictly.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment.
• Capability to frequently lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team environment.
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned workspace.
