Job Overview
The Epitaxy Fab Assistant is responsible for executing epitaxy operations related to the growth and evaluation of epitaxial wafers. The role involves managing the operation of reactors, related support instruments, and testing devices within a fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate epitaxy reactors and associated support tools to facilitate wafer processing.
- Conduct calibration and operation of process equipment following standardized procedures.
- Perform testing and evaluation of epitaxial wafers to ensure quality and process consistency.
- Execute tasks in alignment with clear objectives using predefined protocols and tools.
