Overview
Jio is seeking experienced professionals to fill the role of Account Manager within the SMB division of its Enterprise Business Unit, focusing on acquiring and managing enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new enterprise customers and meet targets assigned to specific accounts by understanding their key requirements.
- Drive new sales activities intending to establish long-term customer relationships.
- Expand relationships with existing clients by continuously offering solutions aligned with their goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Solutioning team to deliver products and services on time.
- Maintain customer service standards, manage escalation processes, and resolve complaints effectively.
- Adhere to internal protocols to ensure smooth end-to-end sales cycles and achieve account performance metrics.
- Preferably have experience in selling Cloud and SaaS solutions.
- Create and maintain customer profiles according to prescribed templates for managed accounts.
- Build and nurture focused account relationships leveraging prior account management experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience ranging from 7 to 12 years with a minimum of 5 years in corporate sales or account management across any industry.
- Any graduate degree required; MBA qualification is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills to succeed in competitive markets.
- Analytical abilities to interpret data and gather relevant insights.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey ideas.
- Capability to work independently, managing projects under tight deadlines with limited supervision.
- Leadership qualities demonstrating ownership and accountability.
