Overview
Jio is seeking qualified candidates to join our Enterprise Business Unit as Account Managers focused on the SMB division. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate sales and account management to drive customer acquisition and sustain long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage enterprise customers by comprehending their core business needs and requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets assigned to the designated accounts.
- Develop long-term relationships by generating new business and expanding engagement with existing customers through appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the solutioning team to deliver products and services efficiently and on time.
- Maintain account hygiene and manage escalation protocols for customer complaint resolution.
- Adhere to internal processes ensuring a complete end-to-end sales cycle and maintain account metrics.
- Create detailed customer profiles according to provided templates for each assigned account.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in corporate sales or account management in any industry.
- Experience in cloud and SaaS solutions sales is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills to operate successfully in competitive environments.
- Analytical capabilities to interpret data and derive insightful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate ideas.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete projects or tasks within stringent deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Leadership qualities with an ownership mindset.
Educational Requirements
