About the Role
Join ServiceTitan as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) and become part of a dedicated team delivering impactful solutions that transform customer experiences. This role demands strategic engagement and direct accountability for pipeline development focused on the Enterprise market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by developing new large enterprise opportunities via relationship building, cold calls, trade shows, and conference engagements.
- Generate a robust pipeline through outbound calling campaigns targeting strategic enterprise accounts to meet quota and conversion goals.
- Provide support to prospects throughout the full sales cycle as a principal contact.
- Manage and coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings, overseeing campaign execution including emails, calls, and task tracking.
- Qualify inbound leads by assessing requirements and scheduling product demonstrations for sales consultants.
- Identify and assess clients’ needs to recommend appropriate ServiceTitan products and services.
- Assist with organizing sales collateral and managing deal progression to advance opportunities constructively.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineering, Partnerships, Pro Products, Client Services, FP&A, and Product.
- Maintain awareness of market conditions, new offerings, and pricing structures to proactively pursue new business avenues.
- Work closely with the Strategic Development Manager (SDM) team and report to the SDM Manager to align strategies on key accounts.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales development experience with a focus on large account outreach; 5+ years in the industry strongly preferred.
- Proven success working with complex enterprise organizations and supporting executive leadership levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with presentation and productivity software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary for candidates in Canada is expected to be approximately C$31.21/hour plus eligibility for commissions. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
